The Blinker
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 4 cocktails 1x
Description
If you think you don’t like whiskey, think again! This one is another play on a classic (“The Blinker”). We’re swapping out the grenadine for fresh grapefruit juice and using our favorite liqueur, St. Germain, to lightly sweeten the drink. I first had this cocktail in Charleston, South Carolina, and it quickly became a go-to (I highly recommend The Bar at Husk if you’re ever in the Charleston area). We recommend using Rye Whiskey, but Bourbon works too if that’s all you have on hand.
